I have been an avid hunter for over 50 years and turkey hunting is one of my favorite hunts. Through the years, I have tried more turkey calls than one guy should have and more than I could really use. Most of them work well but something was missing. That something was the sound of a turkey wing ... in flight, doing a 'flydown' or protecting it's territory with a show.

Like many turkey hunters, I improvised in a lot of ways, trying to make that sound. Finally, I sat down and figured out just how to make the sound I wanted and here we are today with 'The Wingtalker'.

I know there are a few other turkey wing calls on the market ... heck, I've tried one or two of them myself. What I found is that some are bulky and don't travel well and even more important ... most don't work. Sure, they make some noise, but that noise doesn't sound like a turkey flapping it's wings. At least none that I've ever heard.

'The Wingtalker' accurately reproduces the sound of a real turkey wing. For a soft flap of the tom's wing, it takes just the flip of your wrist. A turkey taking flight or landing, move it just a bit faster. A full blow skermish or a 'dust bath", let it rip. You'll find that the more often you use it, the more refined the sound you can make. Combine it with other calls and you can create the sound of the entire scene you want!
